We deliver the information provided by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to you without modifying, concealing, changing or omitting anything. When the electronic or the paper files have been delivered to you, in order to protect your privacy, the files are destroyed/deleted after 30 days.

All kinds of electronic information that is obtained from you is stored and handled in accordance with The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Payments

Refunds

Only in such exceptional cases where OrderGCMSNotesCanada is not able to procure information on your file, or in cases where there has been a delay of over 90 days, we start the process of refund immediately. All other transactions remain non-refundable.

Disputes

We at OrderGCMSNotesCanada strive to ensure that you get the information requested from Canadian Agencies as soon as possible. If a dispute should arise in connection with this Contract, the involved parties agree to meet in order to come to a resolution through the process of negotiation or any other appropriate dispute resolution mechanism before taking the legal course of litigation.

The above terms and conditions are bound by the laws of Canada, and they are governed and interpreted as such. Involved parties have to submit their disputes that arise out of or in connection with the same terms and conditions to the jurisdiction in exclusivity of the federal courts of Canada.
